The Wisconsin Leads: Executive Fellowship Program is an exclusive leadership development fellowship opportunity for emerging executives to learn from other prominent executives and lawmakers about Wisconsin’s economy and the foundational public policies that shape it.
We encourage all emerging executives to apply and gain valuable networking experience and business insight from the top business executives and lawmakers in the state.

Wisconsin Competitiveness Report
Wisconsin is falling behind. The Wisconsin Competitiveness Report addresses the issues currently crippling our state and sets the roadmap to save Wisconsin.
Wisconsin faces a shrinking population, a labor market that’s failing to grow, burdensome regulations, lagging educational performance, soaring health care costs, and a tax climate that weighs heavily on families and employers alike — all of which jeopardize the long-term strength of our state.
The report outlines forward-looking solutions to these problems that can be implemented immediately. Through reforming our tax code, controlling hospital costs, equipping schools to guide students toward career pathways, and attracting new residents through smart policy, we can put our state back on track.
