Event Cancellation by Sponsor

WMC Foundation and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If WMC Foundation cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, WMC Foundation has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is seven (7) business days before the event. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee or a maximum of 50% of the event registration fee. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all WMC Foundation Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly. WSC Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Please cancel in writing at least three business days prior to the course start date for a full refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Or, if you like, apply your fee to a future program. Substitutions are welcomed; no refunds will be made on un-cancelled registrations. Cancellations received less than 24 hour notice will forfeit refund.

  • Half-day courses –a $50 processing fee will be charged for late cancellations
  • One-day courses –a $50 processing fee will be charged for late cancellations
  • Multiple-day courses –a $100 processing fee will be charged for late cancellations
  •  
  • Conferences – a $50 processing fee will be charged for one-day registrations or $100 on multiple-day registrations

Training Program Discount

WSC encourages group participation by providing a special group discount rate. Organizations that sponsor three or more employees will receive a 10% discount on each course registration fee.

WSC Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Courses earn .10 CEUs for each hour of classroom instruction.

Exhibit Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation of space must be submitted in writing. Exhibitors, who cancel on or before 45 days prior to the event, will receive a refund, less a $300 service charge. Cancellations received after 45 days prior to the event, will receive a refund equal to one-half of the registration fee. Exhibitor cancelling within 24 days of the event start date is obligated and agrees to pay the total cost of the assigned booth space. Wisconsin Safety Council reserves the right to resell any booth space cancelled by an exhibitor.

 

WMC Foundation Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the WMC Foundation require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the WMC Foundation within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any WMC Foundation product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by WMC Foundation affiliates are subject to the return policy.

 

How to return and item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt

 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders originating at WMC Foundation are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order varies. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
