WMC Foundation Launches New Website

MADISON – WMC Foundation – an affiliate of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) – launched its new digital home on Tuesday to better highlight Foundation programs and provide a more user-friendly experience for visitors. The new site, www.wmcfoundation.org, will feature WMC Foundation’s programs including Wisconsin Business World, the Future Wisconsin Project and the Wisconsin Leads Executive Fellowship.

“Our new digital home will help us better serve students, our generous supporters and the Wisconsin business community,” said WMC Foundation Executive Director Wade Goodsell. “As our programs continue to shape the economic future of Wisconsin, this new platform will help us extend our reach even further.”

About WMC Foundation’s Programs

Wisconsin Business World

Wisconsin Business World is committed to reaching, inspiring and engaging students from every corner of the state about the importance of business, entrepreneurship and the free market. Wisconsin Business World offers a variety of virtual and in-person events that help educators jumpstart their business curriculum and directly connects students to the economic opportunities available to them in their own communities.

Future Wisconsin Project

The Future Wisconsin Project addresses our state’s long-term systemic, economic challenges. With partner representation from business, government and education, this program seeks to bring all stakeholders of the economy to the table to develop solutions we can all implement. At this year’s Future Wisconsin Summit, WMC Foundation released the Wisconsin 2035 Report. The Report identified the workforce shortage as the greatest threat to Wisconsin’s economic success and mapped out solutions to address it over the next 15 years.

Wisconsin Leads Executive Fellowship

Wisconsin Leads: Executive Fellowship is an exclusive leadership development opportunity for emerging executives to learn from other prominent executives and lawmakers about Wisconsin’s economy and the foundational public policies that shape it.
